Every name has a meaning of some sort. Some more complicated than others. Hope is a name that simply means “new beginnings”. Well that is certainly true for me.
When one had a transformation in the Bible, God often changed their name. Transforming into a new person should always bring hope of a new beginning. It signifies that although the person maybe the same on the outside, the inside has been completely changed.
My new beginning is just that. God has brought me out from a place of captivity and strongholds into a life of freedom and blessings. My name is Hope and that is exactly what God gives me everyday I am blessed to awaken.
